NoteMessenger is Post-it like widget with note sending capabilities. With the help of this widget you can create and send notes to your buddies. Your incoming notes are stored in the NoteMessenger server (which is also downloadable for free if you want to setup your own server) so you can have an access to your notes from anywhere. You can create local notes as well as, which are stored on your device (Opera widget store), and remain accessible after restart.

Note Messenger quick start instructions

To send and receive notes you have to register a Note Messenger account. Creating and storing notes on local is also working without registration.

Click on the config icon and press register button.

Fill out the registration form with your name, email address and a password. The email address and the given password will identify you. Please remember these data.

Click on the buddies icon and press add button to add a new Note Messenger partner.

Enter the registered email address of your partner and click Ok.

The yellow icon indicates that your partner hasn't accepted your invitation yet.

To accept somebody's invitation click on the accept button.

If your invitation is accepted by your partner you can send notes to him/her.

Add a new note by clicking on Add note icon.

Enter the title of the note and press Ok. Write your note and click send icon.

Select your partner(s) and press send button. Your partner will receive your note shortly.

To reply a note click on reply icon.

Offline mode

If you want to use the widget in offline mode just leave the server URL field empty.

The grey icon will indicate that the widget is not checking the server for new messages.
